विधानमिति नागस्य विहितं स्यन्दनस्य च अनीकमिति विज्ञेयमिति कल्प्या नव द्विपाः
vidhānamiti nāgasya vihitaṃ syandanasya ca anīkamiti vijñeyamiti kalpyā nava dvipāḥ
ఏనుగు-దళానికి, రథ-దళానికి నియమితమైన సాంకేతిక పదం ‘విధాన’ము. ‘అనీక’ అనగా యుద్ధముఖం/వ్యూహరచన అని గ్రహించాలి; అందువల్ల నియమప్రకారం తొమ్మిది ఏనుగులను ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.
