शुभा गीतादिशब्दाः स्युरीदृशं स्यादसिद्धये अनर्थगीरथाक्रन्दो दक्षिणे विरुतं क्षुतम्

పాటలు మొదలైన శుభ శబ్దాలు శుభకరమని చెప్పబడతాయి; అయితే ఇలాంటి శబ్దమే కొన్నిసార్లు అసిద్ధికి సూచకమవుతుంది. అలాగే అర్థంలేని మాటలు, విలాపం, కుడి (దక్షిణ) వైపు నుండి వినిపించే అరుపు, ఆ క్షణంలో తుమ్ము—ఇవి అనుపలబ్ధికి నిమిత్తాలు.
