ज्योतिष्मतीपत्ररसं पयसा त्रिफलां पिवेत् मधुनाज्यन्ततस्तद्वत् शतावर्या रजः पलं

jyotiṣmatīpatrarasaṃ payasā triphalāṃ pivet madhunājyantatastadvat śatāvaryā rajaḥ palaṃ

జ్యోతిష్మతీ ఆకుల రసాన్ని పాలతో కలిసి త్రాగాలి; అలాగే త్రిఫలాను కూడా పానీయంగా తీసుకోవాలి. తరువాత తేనె, నెయ్యితో కలిపి శతావరి పొడిని ఒక పల ప్రమాణంలో సేవించాలి.
