श्रीकृष्ण-जन्म, वसुदेव-यमुनातरण, बालिका-उत्क्षेपः, देवी-प्रादुर्भावः

अभिष्टूय च तं वाग्भिः प्रसन्नाभिर् महामतिः विज्ञापयाम् आस तदा कंसाद् भीतो द्विजोत्तम

abhiṣṭūya ca taṃ vāgbhiḥ prasannābhir mahāmatiḥ vijñāpayām āsa tadā kaṃsād bhīto dvijottama

ஓ இருபிறப்பில் சிறந்தவரே! அந்த மகாமதி இனிய, மனமகிழும் சொற்களால் அவரைத் துதித்து, பின்னர் கம்சனின் அச்சத்தால் தூண்டப்பட்டு அப்போது தன் வேண்டுதலை விண்ணப்பித்தார்।
