ध्रुवस्य निर्वेदः — मन्त्रोपदेशः (ॐ नमो वासुदेवाय) तथा विष्ण्वाराधनविधिः
नान्यदत्तम् अभीप्स्यामि स्थानम् अम्ब स्वकर्मणा इच्छामि तद् अहं स्थानं यन् न प्राप पिता मम
nānyadattam abhīpsyāmi sthānam amba svakarmaṇā icchāmi tad ahaṃ sthānaṃ yan na prāpa pitā mama
அம்மா, பிறர் அளித்த பதவியை நான் நாடேன். என் சொந்த முயற்சியால், என் தந்தைக்கும் எட்டாத அந்த நிலையையே நான் விரும்புகிறேன்.
