ततो हतास्तु महिषाः सर्व एव महात्मना ऋते संरक्षितारं हि महिषं रम्भनन्दनम्

tato hatāstu mahiṣāḥ sarva eva mahātmanā ṛte saṃrakṣitāraṃ hi mahiṣaṃ rambhanandanam

அப்போது அந்த மகாத்மாவால் எல்லா மகிஷர்கள் (எருமை-வடிவ அசுரர்கள்) கொல்லப்பட்டனர்; ஆனால் ரம்பையின் மகன் எனப்படும், பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட மகிஷன் மட்டும் விதிவிலக்காக இருந்தான்।
