एकैको मण्डपस्तत्र विंशहस्तप्रमाणतः । अस्त्रेणाशोध्य भूमिं तु पंचगव्येन प्रोक्ष्य च
ekaiko maṇḍapastatra viṃśahastapramāṇataḥ | astreṇāśodhya bhūmiṃ tu paṃcagavyena prokṣya ca
அங்கு ஒவ்வொரு மண்டபமும் இருபது ஹஸ்த அளவாக இருக்க வேண்டும். அஸ்திர-மந்திரத்தால் நிலத்தைத் தூய்மைப்படுத்தி, பஞ்சகவ்யத்தாலும் ப்ரோக்ஷணம் (தெளித்தல்) செய்ய வேண்டும்.
