सामवत्युवाच । गतस्ते संशयः कश्चित्तर्ह्यागच्छ भजस्व माम् । पश्येदं विपिनं कांत परस्त्रीसुरतोचितम्

சாமவதி கூறினாள்—உன் சந்தேகம் ஏதேனும் நீங்கியிருந்தால், வா; என்னுடன் இன்புறு. அன்பனே, இந்த வனத்தைப் பார்; இது பிறன் மனைவியுடன் காமவிளையாட்டிற்கு ஏற்றது।
