विदर्भराजपुत्रस्तु तत्पितुः समरे मृतिम् । तन्मातुर्नक्रहरणं साकल्येन न्यवेदयत्
vidarbharājaputrastu tatpituḥ samare mṛtim | tanmāturnakraharaṇaṃ sākalyena nyavedayat
அவன் அந்தச் சிறுவன் விதர்ப அரசனின் மகன் என்றும், அவன் தந்தை போரில் எவ்வாறு இறந்தார் என்றும், அவன் தாயை முதலை எவ்வாறு கவர்ந்து சென்றது என்றும் முழுமையாக எடுத்துரைத்தான்.
