jñātvā viprasatīśāpaṃ tatpatnī ratilālasam | patiṃ nivārayāmāsa vaidhavyātibibhyatī

அந்தணர் மனைவியின் சாபத்தை அறிந்த ராணி, இன்பத்தில் விருப்பம் கொண்ட தன் கணவனை, விதவைக்கோலம் பூண நேரிடுமே என்ற பயத்தால் தடுத்தாள்.
