इत्थं स्थिरां मतिं दृष्ट्वा तस्या भक्तिं च शंकरे । तथेति दृढसंकल्पः शबरः प्रत्यपूजयत्
itthaṃ sthirāṃ matiṃ dṛṣṭvā tasyā bhaktiṃ ca śaṃkare | tatheti dṛḍhasaṃkalpaḥ śabaraḥ pratyapūjayat
அவளின் அசையாத உறுதியையும் சங்கரர்பால் உள்ள திடமான பக்தியையும் கண்டு, உறுதிச் சங்கல்பமுடைய சபரன் ‘அப்படியே’ என்று ஒப்புக் கொண்டு அவள் தீர்மானத்தை மதித்தான்।
