kumāravikramaṃ dṛṣṭvā sarve vismitamānasāḥ | taṃ menire suraśreṣṭhaṃ kāraṇādāgataṃ bhuvam

குமாரனின் வீரத்தைப் பார்த்து அனைவரும் உள்ளம் வியந்தனர்; அவரைத் தேவர்களில் சிறந்தவன், ஏதோ தெய்வக் காரணத்தால் பூமிக்கு வந்தவன் எனக் கருதினர்।
