तमागतमभिप्रेक्ष्य मत्वा स्वं पुण्यमूर्जितम् । सा वेश्या स च विप्रश्च पर्यपूजयतामुभौ
tamāgatamabhiprekṣya matvā svaṃ puṇyamūrjitam | sā veśyā sa ca vipraśca paryapūjayatāmubhau
அவர் வந்ததைப் பார்த்து, ‘எங்கள் புண்ணியம் வலுத்தது’ என்று எண்ணி, அந்த வेश्यையும் அந்தப் பிராமணனும்—இருவரும்—அவரை பக்தியுடன் பூஜித்து மரியாதை செய்தனர்.
