ऋषय ऊचुः । आख्यातं भवता सूत विष्णोर्माहात्म्यमुत्तमम् । समस्ताघहरं पुण्यं समसेन श्रुतं च नः
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | ākhyātaṃ bhavatā sūta viṣṇormāhātmyamuttamam | samastāghaharaṃ puṇyaṃ samasena śrutaṃ ca naḥ
முனிவர்கள் கூறினர்—ஓ சூதரே! நீங்கள் எங்களுக்கு விஷ்ணுவின் உத்தம மஹாத்மியத்தை உரைத்தீர்கள்; அது புண்ணியத்தை அளிப்பதும், எல்லாப் பாவங்களையும் அகற்றுவதுமாகும். அதை முழுமையாக நாங்கள் கேட்டோம்।
