सूत उवाच । शृणुध्वमृषयः सर्वे पार्थिवार्चाविधानकम् । यस्यानुष्ठानमात्रेण कृतकृत्यो भवेन्नरः

Transliteration

sūta uvāca | śṛṇudhvamṛṣayaḥ sarve pārthivārcāvidhānakam | yasyānuṣṭhānamātreṇa kṛtakṛtyo bhavennaraḥ

Translation

சூதர் கூறினார்— எல்லா ரிஷிகளே, பார்த்திவார்ச்சா (மண் லிங்கப் பூஜை) விதியை கேளுங்கள். இதைச் செய்தல் மட்டுமால் மனிதன் கൃതக்ருத்யனாக (வாழ்வின் பயன் நிறைவேறியவனாக) ஆகிறான்।
