khecarā sā vinirdiṣṭā sarvaprāṇiṣu saṃsthitā | dṛśyādṛśyācalā nityā vyaktāvyaktā sanātanī
அவள் ‘கேசரா’ என அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறாள்—உள்-வெளி (க) ஆகாயத்தில் இயங்குபவள். எல்லா உயிர்களிலும் உறைகிறாள்; காண்பதும் காணாததும், அசையாததும், நித்தியமும், வெளிப்பட்டதும் வெளிப்படாததும்—சனாதனி।

Meditate in the inner ‘kha’ (heart/space of awareness) while reciting the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), stabilizing attention on the unmoving, eternal presence within—supporting japa and dhyāna as the path toward liberation.
