The verse highlights how even mighty beings like mountains approach sacred events with joy and auspiciousness—suggesting that prosperity and power become spiritually meaningful when directed toward reverence for Shiva and the divine order.
By depicting an auspicious arrival of a revered entity, the text reinforces the Shaiva Purana’s emphasis on approaching Saguna Shiva’s sacred presence—often centered on worshipful gatherings, holy places, and rituals that culminate in devotion to Shiva’s manifest grace.
The practical takeaway is to approach Shiva’s worship with prahṛṣṭa-bhāva (joyful devotion): prepare oneself and one’s household with purity, then engage in japa of the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) and simple offerings with an auspicious, reverent mind.
