जलं नीत्वा ददौ तस्मै गौतमाय तपस्विनी । नित्यं निर्वाहयामास जलेन ऋषिसत्तमः
jalaṃ nītvā dadau tasmai gautamāya tapasvinī | nityaṃ nirvāhayāmāsa jalena ṛṣisattamaḥ
தவமுடைய அந்தப் பெண் நீரை கொண்டு வந்து கௌதமருக்கு அளித்தாள். அந்த உயர்ந்த ரிஷியும் அந்த நீராலேயே தினந்தோறும் தன் நியமங்களை இடையறாது நடத்தினார்।
