आ नो विश्वासु हव्य इन्द्रः समत्सु भूषतु । उप ब्रह्माणि सवनानि वृत्रहा परमज्या ऋचीषमः ॥
Transliteration
ā́ no víśvāsu hávya índraḥ samátsu bhūṣatu | úpa bráhmāṇi sávanāni vṛtrahā́ paramajyā́ ṛcī́ṣamaḥ ||
Translation
அழைக்கத்தக்க இந்திரன் எங்கள் எல்லா சமத்ஸுக்களிலும் (போர்க்களங்களிலும்) எங்களிடம் வருவானாக; வ்ருத்ரஹன் எங்கள் பிரஹ்மாணிகளுக்கும் சவனங்களுக்கும் அணுகுவானாக. உச்சத் தாக்கத்தில் முதன்மை, ருசி-வாக்கின் அதிபதி, அவன் எங்கள் ஹவியில் அமர்வானாக.
