Sukta 6.48
वृषा ह्यग्ने अजरो महान्विभास्यर्चिषा । अजस्रेण शोचिषा शोशुचच्छुचे सुदीतिभिः सु दीदिहि ॥
vṛ́ṣā hí agne ajáro mahā́n vibhā́sy arciṣā́ | ájasreṇa śocíṣā śóśucac chuce sudītíbhīḥ sú dīdihi ||
அக்னியே! நீ உண்மையிலே மகத்தான, அஜரன், வृषபன்; உன் அர்ச்சிஸ் (ஜ்வாலை) கொண்டு நீ பிரகாசமாய் விளங்குகிறாய். உன் அஜஸ்ர ஶோசிஸ் (இடையறாத தீவெப்பம்) கொண்டு, ஓ ஶுசி, நீ மேலும் மேலும் எரிகிறாய்; உன் ஸுதீதி (நல்ல தீப்பற்றல்/உத்தம ஒளிர்வு) கொண்டு எங்களுள் நன்கு ஒளிர்ந்து எரி.
