ननुत्वमिषुभिःक्रुद्धोभिन्द्याःकालान्तकावपि ।।।।मन्दरस्यापिशृङ्गाणिकिंपुनर्लक्ष्मणंयुधि ।
nanu tvam iṣubhiḥ kruddho bhindyāḥ kālāntakāv api |
mandarasyāpi śṛṅgāṇi kiṃ punar lakṣmaṇaṃ yudhi || 6.93.7 ||
நீ கோபித்தால் உன் அம்புகளால் காலாந்தகனான மரணத்தையும் துளைக்க முடியும்; மந்தர மலையின் சிகரங்களையும் பிளக்க முடியும்; அப்படியிருக்கப் போரில் லக்ஷ்மணன் எவ்வளவு தான்!
