The Slaying of Indrajit
प्रशान्तपीडाबहुलोविनष्टारिःप्रहर्षवान् ।बभूवलोकःपतितेराक्षसेन्द्रसुतोतदा ।।।।
praśānta-pīḍā-bahulo vinaṣṭāriḥ praharṣavān |
babhūva lokaḥ patite rākṣasendra-suto tadā ||
அப்போது இராட்சசேந்திரனின் மகன் வீழ்ந்தவுடன் உலகின் பெரும் துன்பம் தணிந்தது; பகைவர் அழிந்தார், உலகம் மகிழ்ச்சியால் நிறைந்தது।
Then many were at peace and rejoiced in the world, being relieved, when Ravana's son dropped dead.
