Prahasta’s Departure and the Muster of the Rakshasa Host
प्रदानेनतुसीतायाःश्रेयोव्यवसितंमया ।।।।अप्रदानेपुनर्युद्धंदृष्टमेत्तथैवनः ।
pradānena tu sītāyāḥ śreyo vyavasitaṃ mayā | apradāne punar yuddhaṃ dṛṣṭam et tathaiva naḥ || 6.57.14 ||
சீதையை ஒப்படைப்பதே நன்மை என்று நான் தீர்மானித்தேன்; அவளை ஒப்படைக்காவிட்டால், மீண்டும் போர்—எங்களுக்குத் தோன்றுவதுபோல்—தவிர்க்க முடியாததாகும்॥
