तेषांविवर्धतांशब्दःसंयुगेऽतितरस्विनाम् ।।।।शुश्रुवेसुमहान् कोपादन्योन्यमभिगर्जताम् ।
teṣāṃ vivardhatāṃ śabdaḥ saṃyuge 'ti-tarasvinām |
śuśruve sumahān kopād anyonyam abhigarjatām ||6.55.17||
அந்தப் போரில் மிகுந்த வேகமுடைய வீரர்களின் முழக்கம் மேலும் மேலும் பெருகியது. கோபத்தால் ஒருவர்மேல் ஒருவர் கர்ஜித்தபோது பேரொலி எழுந்தது॥
