Transliteration

vinaṣṭaḥ paśyatas tasyārakṣiṇaḥ śaraṇāgataḥ | ādāya sukṛtaṃ tasya sarvaṃ gacched arakṣitaḥ || 6.18.29 ||

Translation

காக்க வேண்டியவன் கண்முன்னே சரணடைந்தவன் அழிந்தால், அந்தக் காப்பில் தவறியவன் அவமானத்தால் அழிவுறுவான்; மேலும் அந்த அரக்கப்பட்டவன் அவனுடைய எல்லாப் புண்ணியத்தையும் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு சென்றுவிடுவான்।
