मरणान्तानिवैराणिनिर्वृत्तंवःप्रयोजनम् ।क्रियतामस्यसंस्कारोममाप्येषयथातव ।।।।
maraṇāntāni vairāṇi nirvṛttaṃ vaḥ prayojanam |
kriyatām asya saṃskāro mamāpy eṣa yathā tava ||
மரணத்தோடு பகை முடிவுறும்; உங்கள் நோக்கம் நிறைவேறியது. இவரின் அந்த்யேஷ்டி-சம்ஸ்காரம் செய்யப்படுக—இது உங்களுக்கெவ்வளவோ எனக்குமவ்வளவே கடமை॥
