नैराश्यमुपगन्तुं च नालंतेमत्कृतेऽनघ ।।।।वधेनरावणस्याद्यप्रतिज्ञामनुपालय ।
nairāśyam upagantuṃ ca nālaṃ te matkṛte 'nagha |
vadhena rāvaṇasyādya pratijñām anupālaya ||
ஹே பாவமற்றவனே! என்னால் நீ நம்பிக்கையிழப்பது தகாது; இன்று இராவணனை வதைத்து உன் உறுதிமொழியை நிறைவேற்று।
