Ravana’s Shakti Javelin and Lakshmana’s Wounding
एषातेहृदयंभित्त्वाशक्तिर्लोहितलक्षणा ।मद्भाहुपरिघोत्सृष्टाप्राणानादाययास्यति ।।।।
eṣā te hṛdayaṃ bhittvā śaktir lohitalakṣaṇā |
madbāhuparighotsṛṣṭā prāṇān ādāya yāsyati ||
என் கதையெனும் கம்பம்போன்ற புஜத்தால் எறியப்பட்ட இந்த செந்நிறக் குறியுடைய சக்தி, உன் இதயத்தைத் துளைத்து உன் உயிரை எடுத்துக்கொண்டு போய்விடும்.
"This javelin released by my bludgeon-like arm will pierce your heart and take away your life."
