सुन्दरकाण्डे अष्टपञ्चाशः सर्गः
हनुमद्वृत्तान्तकथनम्, सीताभिज्ञान-प्रदानम्, लङ्कादाह-वर्णनम्
ततस्ते राक्षसाश्शूरा बद्धं मामग्निसंवृतम्।।।।अघोषयन्राजमार्गे नगरद्वारमागताः।
tatas te rākṣasāḥ śūrā baddhaṃ mām agni-saṃvṛtam |
aghoṣayan rāja-mārge nagara-dvāram āgatāḥ ||
பின்னர் அந்த வீர ராட்சசர்கள் என்னை கட்டியபடியே தீயால் சூழப்பட்டவனாக வைத்துக் கொண்டு, அரசப் பாதையில் உரக்க அறிவித்துக்கொண்டே நகர வாயிலுக்கு வந்தனர்.
