Hanuman Enters Lanka and Encounters Laṅkā-devatā
यदा त्वां वानरः कश्चिद्विक्रमाद्वशमानयेत्।।।।तदा त्वया हि विज्ञेयं रक्षसां भयमागतम्।
yadā tvāṃ vānaraḥ kaścid vikramād vaśam ānayēt | tadā tvayā hi vijñeyaṃ rakṣasāṃ bhayam āgatam ||
எந்த ஒரு வானரன் தன் பராக்கிரமத்தால் உன்னை அடக்கி ஆளும்போது, அப்போது நீ அறிந்துகொள்—ராக்ஷசர்களுக்கு பயம், அதாவது அழிவு, வந்து சேர்ந்தது என்று.
