Trijata’s Dream-Omens and the Rakshasis’ Reversal
वराहेण दशग्रीवश्शिंशुमारेण चेन्द्रजित्।।5.27.30।।उष्ट्रेण कुम्भकर्णश्च प्रयाता दक्षिणां दिशम्।
varāheṇa daśagrīvaḥ śiṁśumāreṇa cendrajit ||5.27.30||
uṣṭreṇa kumbhakarṇaś ca prayātā dakṣiṇāṁ diśam |
தசக்ரீவன் (இராவணன்) வராகத்தின் மேல் ஏறினான்; இந்திரஜித் சிம்ஷுமாரத்தின் மேல்; கும்பகர்ணன் ஒட்டகத்தின் மேல்—அவர்கள் அனைவரும் தென் திசை நோக்கிப் புறப்பட்டனர்।
"O vile one! you are determined in your evil ways. Today these she-demons will eat away your flesh to their heart's content ".
