na cirāt taṃ haniṣyāmi rāvaṇaṃ niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ | paulomyāḥ pitaraṃ dṛptaṃ śatakratur ivāhave || 4.39.7 ||

நெடுநேரமில்லை; கூரிய அம்புகளால் நான் ராவணனை வதம் செய்வேன்—போரில் சதக்ரது இந்திரன் பௌலோமியின் அகந்தைமிகு தந்தையை வீழ்த்தியதுபோல்.
