मखा ह्यद्य महाबाहो तृतीये दिवसे प्रभो।फल्गुन्यामुत्तरे राजंस्तस्मिन्वैवाहिकं कुरु।।।।रामलक्ष्मणयो राजन् दानं कार्यं सुखोदयम् ।।

Transliteration

makhā hy adya mahābāho tṛtīye divase prabho |

phalgunyām uttare rājaṁs tasmin vaivāhikaṁ kuru ||

rāmalakṣmaṇayo rājan dānaṁ kāryaṁ sukhodayam ||

Translation

மகாபாஹுவே, பிரபுவே! இன்று மகா நட்சத்திரம். அரசே, இன்றிலிருந்து மூன்றாம் நாளில் உத்தர-பால்குனி நட்சத்திரத்தில் திருமணச் சடங்குகளை நடத்துவாயாக. மேலும் அரசே, ராமன்-லக்ஷ்மணன் ஆகியோரின் சுகோத்திக்காக தானமும் செய்யப்படுக.
