Visvamitra’s Austerity Obstructed; Menaka Episode; Conferment of Maharshi Status

Then Brahma said to him, 'You have not conquered the senses yet. O Tiger amongascetics, strive still.' Having said this he went toward heaven.
Dharma demands truthfulness even in praise: Brahmā corrects Viśvāmitra with satya, insisting that inner conquest must be complete, not assumed.
Brahmā cautions Viśvāmitra that sense-mastery is incomplete and urges continued striving, then returns to heaven.
Commitment to truth and the ideal of complete self-control before claiming final attainment.
