नृत्यंतीव नराः प्रीताः स्रगलंकृतशेखराः । शृंगाग्रपवनक्षिप्ताः पुष्पावलियुता द्रुमाः

nṛtyaṃtīva narāḥ prītāḥ sragalaṃkṛtaśekharāḥ | śṛṃgāgrapavanakṣiptāḥ puṣpāvaliyutā drumāḥ

மாலைகளால் அலங்கரிக்கப்பட்ட தலைகளுடன் மகிழ்ந்த ஆண்கள் நடனம் ஆடுவது போலத் தோன்றினர்; மலைச் சிகரங்களின் மீது வீசும் காற்றால் அசைந்து, மலர்தொடர்களால் நிறைந்த மரங்களும் அப்படியே குலுங்கின।
