रूपहानिर्भवेत्तस्य गृहस्वामी विलेपयेत् । स्वेच्छया च गृहस्वामी रूपवत्त्वं नयेद्गृहम्

rūpahānirbhavettasya gṛhasvāmī vilepayet | svecchayā ca gṛhasvāmī rūpavattvaṃ nayedgṛham

அதன் அழகு குறைந்தால் வீட்டின் உரிமையாளர் மீண்டும் பூச்சு செய்து புதுப்பிக்க வேண்டும். தன் விருப்பப்படி வீட்டை மீண்டும் அழகுறச் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
