Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: adbhuta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It explains how a divine river-power manifests in multiple streams to sanctify a place, establishing a renowned tīrtha where devotees gain merit through reverent contact (especially snāna and tīrtha-sevā).
By showing the deity’s compassionate response—manifesting “for their pleasure”—the verse frames tīrtha as a bhakti-support: devotees approach with faith, and the sacred manifests as grace that deepens devotion and purification.
Primarily Kalpa in practice: tīrtha-related observances such as pilgrimage discipline, sacred bathing (snāna), and proper conduct at holy places; the verse itself is not technical on Jyotiṣa or Vyākaraṇa.
