Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It declares that śraddhā (faithful intent) is the key factor in receiving the fruit of pilgrimage, and it magnifies Saraka as an exceptionally potent tirtha—equated with the presence of countless sacred places—leading to attainment of the Shaiva state.
Bhakti is implied through śraddhā-samanvitaḥ: the verse emphasizes inner faith as the decisive devotional qualification, by which the seeker gains the highest result associated here with Śiva.
The verse primarily teaches tirtha-mahātmya and the ritual principle that the efficacy of sacred acts depends on śraddhā; it does not specifically expound a Vedanga like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa in this line.
