Narada (teaching the mantra-vidhi within the Uttara-Bhaga narrative)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It preserves a precise mantra-instruction (vidhi) showing that spiritual efficacy is linked to correct formulation and pronunciation of the divine name within a prescribed sequence.
Bhakti is expressed here through nāma-ucchāraṇa—devotional utterance of a sacred epithet (“Vallabhā”), indicating that loving remembrance and correctly voiced divine names are central to the practice.
It reflects Śikṣā (phonetics/recitation) and Vyākaraṇa-style attention to word-composition—placing a specific word at the ‘end’ of another term—emphasizing exact chanting and linguistic order in ritual practice.
