तस्मादंडाद्विराड् जज्ञे सोऽशयिष्ट जलांतरे । मुखादीन्यस्य जातानि विराजोऽवयवा अपि ॥ ६२ ॥
tasmādaṃḍādvirāḍ jajñe so'śayiṣṭa jalāṃtare | mukhādīnyasya jātāni virājo'vayavā api || 62 ||
அந்த பிரபஞ்ச-அண்டத்திலிருந்து விராட் தோன்றினார். அவர் நீரினுள் சயனித்தார்; விராட்டின் வாய் முதலான அங்கங்களும் அவரிடமிருந்தே வெளிப்பட்டன.
