स्त्रीलौल्याद्दर्पितौ दृष्ट्वा पार्वत्या निहतावुभौ । सांरंगं कंतुकेनात्र तस्येदं चिह्नमास्थितम् ॥ ५९ ॥

பெண்மோகத்தால் அகந்தை கொண்ட அவ்விருவரையும் கண்டு பார்வதி இருவரையும் வதைத்தாள். இங்கே அதன் அடையாளமாக சாரங்கம் (மான்) விளையாட்டு-சின்னமும் வில்லின் குறியீடும் நிலைத்துள்ளன.
