सर्वेश्वर्याः समाख्यातः सर्वसिद्धिकरः परः । ग्रासो नभोदाहवह्निस्वैर्युक्तः कौलिनीमनुः ॥ ३२ ॥
sarveśvaryāḥ samākhyātaḥ sarvasiddhikaraḥ paraḥ | grāso nabhodāhavahnisvairyuktaḥ kaulinīmanuḥ || 32 ||
கௌலினீ-மனு பரமமெனப் புகழப்படுகிறது; அது எல்லா ஐஸ்வர்யங்களையும் அருளும், எல்லாச் சித்திகளையும் நிறைவேற்றும் உத்தமம்; ‘க்ராஸ, நபஸ், தாஹ, வஹ்னி, ஸ்வைர’ எனும் சொற்சேர்க்கையால் இது அமைந்தது।

Indirectly: it shows that disciplined mantra-prayoga can support spiritual progress, but in the Narada Purana such powers are ideally subordinated to higher aims—purity, self-mastery, and ultimately devotion-oriented realization rather than mere display of siddhis.
