The verse frames liberation as a concrete act of release from binding obligations or constraints (bandhana), sought through divine aid (Śambhu) and right relocation to a conducive sacred region (Draviḍa-deśa), emphasizing that freedom from bondage is part of the dharmic-spiritual journey.
Bhakti appears implicitly as surrender and petition: the speaker approaches Śambhu directly for deliverance, showing reliance on the Lord’s grace to remove impediments that obstruct spiritual progress.
The verse hints at dharma-śāstric/social constraint through the term dvija-bandhana (bondage tied to a brāhmaṇa), pointing to practical application of norms and their consequences, though it does not directly teach a specific Vedāṅga like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa in this line.
