Sanatkumara
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
The verse frames Purāṇic teaching as “saṃdeha-vinivṛtti” (removal of doubt): spiritual clarity is gained by hearing an authoritative explanation, here introduced through the example of a renowned king.
While Bhakti is not explicitly named in this line, it sets the listening (śravaṇa) mood—an essential limb of devotion—by instructing Nārada to hear a sacred account that leads from doubt to understanding.
The verse reflects the Vedāṅga-style pedagogical method: precise instruction through question–answer dialogue and exempla, emphasizing disciplined hearing and correct comprehension rather than mere opinion.
