உடலிலோ மனதிலோ துன்பத்தின் தாக்கம் வந்தபோது, அந்த நிலையில் உண்மையில் எந்த நிவாரண முயற்சியும் செய்ய இயலாவிட்டால், அதை மீண்டும் மீண்டும் சிந்திக்கக் கூடாது.
