अर्के श्यामे कीटभयं भस्माभे राष्ट्रजं तथा । छिद्रे ऽर्कमण्डले दृष्टं महाराजविनाशनम् ॥ १३ ॥

Transliteration

arke śyāme kīṭabhayaṃ bhasmābhe rāṣṭrajaṃ tathā | chidre 'rkamaṇḍale dṛṣṭaṃ mahārājavināśanam || 13 ||

Translation

சூரியன் கருமை நிறமாகத் தோன்றினால் பூச்சிப் பயம் (பூச்சித் தொல்லை) என அறிய வேண்டும்; சாம்பல் நிறமாகத் தோன்றினால் நாட்டிற்குள் எழும் பேரிடர் குறிக்கும். சூரிய வட்டத்தில் துளை தெரிந்தால் மகாராஜாவின் அழிவு குறிக்கப்படும்.
