ग्रहाणां निखिलश्चारो गृह्यते सौरमानतः । वृष्टेर्विधानं स्त्रीगर्भः सावनेनैव गृह्यते ॥ १११ ॥
grahāṇāṃ nikhilaścāro gṛhyate sauramānataḥ | vṛṣṭervidhānaṃ strīgarbhaḥ sāvanenaiva gṛhyate || 111 ||
கிரகங்களின் முழு இயக்கம் சௌரமானத்தால் நிர்ணயிக்கப்படுகிறது; ஆனால் மழையின் விதியும் பெண்ணின் கர்ப்பகாலக் கணக்கும் சாவன (நாள்-அடிப்படை) மானத்தாலேயே தீர்மானிக்கப்படும்.
