Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: none
It supports a discipline of inner contemplation by systematically naming bodily regions, helping the seeker cultivate awareness, restraint, and detachment—foundational for Moksha-dharma practice.
By refining attention and purity through bodily awareness, the practitioner becomes fit for steady remembrance and inward worship, which strengthens single-pointed devotion to the Lord.
It most closely aligns with Śikṣā-style precision and yogic/ritual mapping of the body used in upāsanā; it is not a grammar or astrology instruction, but a practical aid for focused recitation and contemplation.
