भानौ क्षयधने कृत्वा मध्यलग्नं तदा भवेत् । भोग्यासूनूनकस्याथ भुक्तासूनधिकस्य च ॥ १५२ ॥
bhānau kṣayadhane kṛtvā madhyalagnaṃ tadā bhavet | bhogyāsūnūnakasyātha bhuktāsūnadhikasya ca || 152 ||
பானு (சூரியன்) க்ஷய-தனத்தில் இருப்பின், மத்திய-லக்னத்தை நிர்ணயிக்க வேண்டும். அனுபவிக்க வேண்டிய பிராணங்கள் குறைந்தாலும், ஏற்கெனவே செலவான பிராணங்கள் அதிகமானாலும்—இவ்விதி பொருந்தும்.
