अशक्तो विंशतेरूर्ध्वं कारयेच्छक्तितस्तदा विष्कम्भपर्वतांस्तद्वत् तुरीयांशेन कल्पयेत् //

Transliteration

aśakto viṃśaterūrdhvaṃ kārayecchaktitastadā viṣkambhaparvatāṃstadvat turīyāṃśena kalpayet //

Translation

இருபது (அலகு) மீறச் செய்ய இயலாதவர், தன் திறனுக்கேற்பச் செய்ய வேண்டும். அதுபோல விஷ்கம்பம் மற்றும் பர்வத உயர்பகுதிகளையும் நான்கில் ஒரு பங்கு அளவாக அமைக்க வேண்டும்.
